As stated in many places on this site, one of my prime motivators is to preserve history. Therefore, this
is a special request for the information I have listed below. However, I would encourage anyone to provide me with
feedback on any information that is missing or is felt to be in error.
1. Missing scores - there are missing scores from many of the seasons from 1910s to the middle
1920s in particular, a score missing from the 1929 & 1937 seasons and I suspect that more games might have played in the
1944 season. Maybe somebody has an old scrapbook that was passed down to this with any missing score. Any missing
score from any game is important. All of this information is contained in the link that says, "Year-by-Year Individual
Game Scores".
2. Coaches - I am missing the head coaches from 1911, 1912, 1914, 1915 and 1916. Also, I don't
have all of the assistant coaches listed from the first 50 years in particular. All of this information is contained
in the link that says, "Coaches".
3. Photo and videos - The only photos I have are for the 1923, 1928 and 1971 teams. I would immediately
post any digital photo that is of enough interest, but I would also like to compile a collection of team photos and of any
All State player in particular. The only videos I have are the 1971 Regular Season highlight video, a grainy
VHS of the 1982 state title game and a VHS of the Winnfield vs. North Caddo playoff game of 1995. There is a link
for "Photos". I also plan on publishing a book on Winnfield Tiger football and want as many photos as I can get for that publication.
